The CPSG Enterprise Content Management System has built-in templates that support an online business or organization directory. The databases are pre-built along with web-based tools for data entry personnel, and new listing types can easily be generated from the built-in administration tool.

As a business directory or Yellow Pages directory, the listing page can virtually become a small business web site or a department web site.

Built into the back end console are tools for non-technical data entry personnel. These tools allow them to add or edit data and (optionally) have all changes routed to an editor for approval before publishing

New listing types can easily be generated, and end users - such as site owners - can be given Guest Author privileges to modify their own records. Predefined Yellow Pages (such as a telephone directory) can be imported into the database. The tools also allow the functionality of linking to other web sites on the Internet.
